All membership fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Annual membership charges

• Auto-renewed subscription fees

• Payments made through promotional discounts

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy. No exceptions will be made for unused time, accidental subscriptions, or dissatisfaction with membership benefits.

Membership benefits are clearly listed at the time of subscription. Dots x Circles reserves the right to update or modify the benefits associated with each membership tier in accordance with changes to our services.

Changes will apply to existing members and future subscriptions or renewals.

All memberships are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Regardless of when you cancel the renewal, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

By subscribing to our membership plans, you agree to be bound by these terms and our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
