• Membership plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

• You may manage or cancel your membership at any time via your account settings.

• Regardless of when cancellation occurs, your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• All membership fees are non-refundable.

Dots x Circles reserves the right to update the benefits associated with each membership tier based on the services we provide. Such changes will apply to current memberships, future subscriptions and renewals.

• Entry fees for illustration awards or magazine submissions are non-refundable, regardless of submission status, or even if a submission is not selected.

• It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to complete the submission process by the stated deadline. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of eligibility without refund.

• By submitting your work, you grant Dots x Circles a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish your submission in digital formats or promotions related to our services.

• You affirm that the work submitted is original, not AI-generated, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

All content on the Dots x Circles website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and artwork, is the property of Dots x Circles or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any part of our content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations

• Infringe on the rights of others

• Submit false or misleading information

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
