Trump imposes tariffs on the planet
Illustrated portrait for WirtschaftsWoche (WiWo), a weekly German business news magazine. I created this portrait of Joseph Stiglitz, Nobel Prize winner in economics, for an article written by Julian Heissler titled, “If Trump imposes tariffs on the planet, the planet can unite against him.” The article discusses how Joseph Stiglitz is shocked by Donald Trump’s economic policy. He sees the US economy on the verge of recession – and advises Europe to move closer to China. The illustration was printed in the magazine and published online and art directed by Claudia Immig.
